Preloved Clothing

We've spent a long time ensuring that the clothing brands we stock are as sustainable as possible. A huge problem with the fashion industry is the vast amount of waste created, so we encourage you to buy quality clothing that can be passed on or sold on. We knew that, as a business, we didn’t have a complete loop and we are now closing the circle. You can now sell your little ones clothing back to us when they've grown out of it and we will sell it on so no item is unloved.

How does it work?

Selling your preloved clothing to us couldn't be simpler. Either pop into the shop on Steyning High Street, or post us your clothing ensuring that it is only the brands we stock and is in good condition. We will then review your items and send you a voucher for the value of the items.

You can see a price list below, but please note that this price list is not final as it will depend upon the condition of the item.

Frequently Asked Questions

What brands can I sell to you?

We currently accept all of the brands we stock, as well as Frugi, Maxomorra, Pigeon Organics, PoP, Piccalily Organic Clothing. Please message if there is a brand not on this list that you want to know if we would consider :)

Do I need proof of purchase from you?

No, the items just need to be in good condition and be from our list of brands. You do not need to have purchased the item from us.

Can I post clothing to you?

Yes! You will be responsible for posting the items to us, we will then assess them and assuming they are of a good standard and our brands, we will email you the voucher for the value of the clothing.

Unfortunately, if we are sent clothing that is in poor condition, we are unable to return the clothing to you.

Don't forget to pop a note in to the package with your name and email address. This means we can contact you once we have received the package and to send you your voucher also.

Can I have cash for the clothing?

At this stage, the value of the clothing will be given to you in a voucher form for imogen ruby.

We do not offer a cash alternative.
