Refund policy

We have a simple return policy. 

Please inform us of the reason for return and return the item(s) to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange. You will need to pay for return postage. 

Reusable nappies: To be eligible for a return the nappies must be unwashed and unused. 

Sale items are non-refundable. Exchange only. 

Postage fees will not be refunded.
